ORDER POLICY

All Lani Label pieces are made-to-order and crafted with care.
• Once an order is placed, no cancellations or changes can be made.
• Production time is 5-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Production days may be extended if 3 or more pieces are ordered at a time.

SIZING

Please refer to the size chart available on each product page to select the best fit.
• Our sizes are true to size. If you size up or down, you may have fit issues.

Custom Sizing

We offer custom sizing for customers who require a more personalized fit.

How to Order Custom Sizing:

Select CUSTOMIZATION and follow the product options.

    Important Notes:
    • Custom sizing orders may take 2 days longer than standard orders.

    SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    • Once production is complete, orders will be delivered via a local courier service for Ghanaian customers and DHL/Fedex for international customers.
    • Shipping timelines vary by location:
    Local (Ghana): 12-48hrs after completion
    International: 3-8 working days after completion.
    • You will receive an Order ID via SMS for local customers and via email for international customers. Use this ID to track the status of your Order on the website.
    • Lani Label is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or customs fees for international packages.

    PICKUPS

    • Customers who choose pickup will be notified when their order is ready.
    • Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification.
    • You will be allowed to schedule a pick up time on a weekday between 9AM-5PM GMT. Please adhere to the scheduled time when selected.

    RETURN & EXCHANGE

    Since all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is defective.
    • If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 24hrs of receiving it.
    • Eligible cases for replacement include wrong item received, damaged upon arrival, or production defects. We allow store credits when necessary.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with the tag intact.
